Dr. Megan Epps
302 Podcast and Chiropractor Dr. Megan Epps is a second generation Chiropractor who specializes in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric and women specific chiropractic care. She graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She is an entrepreneur owning two chiropractic clinics, in Dover and Rehoboth. She practices with her husband, Dr. Frank Chi. Both Dr. Epps and Dr. Chi are passionate about community connections and supporting local businesses and leaders in Delaware. To facilitate this passion, they created The 302 Podcast, which features local Delaware business owners, creatives, and leaders to help connect and support the wonderful Delaware communities. Marisa Flanigan
Dogfish Head Craft Brewery Marisa is the social media specialist for Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, tackling any and all things to digitally market their off-centered beers, spirits and world. This includes photography, videography, social media marketing, newsletters, blog writing, website management and much more. She began her career in the marketing world as a bit of a happy accident. With a master's degree in environmental science, Marisa found herself consistently in roles with environmental organizations that took on marketing and communications in one aspect or another. From creating social media pages for local State Parks to creating tours at the National Aquarium to working in communications alongside being an adjunct faculty member at Washington College, the need for marketing, and Marisa's draw to it, became abundantly clear. Most recently, Marisa was the digital marketing manager for Delaware Division of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. Courtney Hastings
Social Media and Communications Coordinator, Burris Logistics Courtney Hastings is the Social Media and Communications Coordinator for Burris Logistics and the instructor for the Social Media Certificate Program at Delaware Tech. She first started working in social media as an intern in college over a decade ago and has managed over 100 social media accounts in her career. Courtney enjoys working in all areas of the Communications field, and in addition to social media, has extensive experience in public and community relations, event planning, photography, videography, blog and newsletter writing, internal communications, and employee engagement. She loves using social media to tell a company and brand story to connect with customers, team members and partners, and enjoys teaching small business owners how to use social media to grow and connect to their community. In 2015, Courtney was the Mar-Del Watermelon Queen, serving as a spokesperson for the Mar-Del Watermelon Association and the watermelon industry. When she is not at work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, crafting, and traveling. |

Morgan Jewell
Social Media Influencer Morgan Jewell is a kindergarten teacher who has been teaching at the elementary level for seven years. She was Capital School District’s Teacher of the Year for 2022. Over the past six months, she has grown a following on Tiktok which has reached over 23k followers. Her content focuses on teacher fashion inspiration, “Outfits of the Day”, and “Get Ready With Me” videos. Morgan has built connections with several boutiques and other small businesses. Brooke Miles
President, Delaware ShoutOut Brooke Miles founded Delaware ShoutOut, a social media training firm, to help busy entrepreneurs pack more punch into their social media without breaking a sweat. In 9+ years of business, Brooke and her team have worked directly with hundreds of clients, who have reported significant gains in followers, engagement, and traffic to their websites. Delaware ShoutOut has twice won the People’s Choice Best Marketing award from the Delaware Small Business Chamber. Associate Director of Social Media, Aloysius Butler & Clark Courtney manages social media accounts for companies and organizations in a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharma, finance and food service.
